Returns
Items may be returned for any reason within 10 business days from the original ship date for a refund or exchange less shipping costs. Please note that most items can be adjusted if they are not your desired length for little or no additional charge depending on the style of the piece. If you change your mind after the 10 days you can still exchange the item as long as it's in new condition for another piece or credit towards a future purchase. If there is a defect with your merchandise upon receiving it, please let us know promptly and it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Repairs
If any item you've purchased from Jaunty Jewels should break within 90 days, it will be repaired free of charge provided all the pieces are returned. If there are missing beads I will do my best to replace them with the same or similar ones with your approval for the cost of the supplies only. If you lose an earring and need a replacement I will try to match it to the old one to create a new pair.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made with American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard through the secured checkout cart on the website. If you prefer to pay by check, let me know and I will give you the necessary information . Your order will ship after payment clears.
Shipping & Handling
In stock items will be shipped within one week via USPS. If I need to make an item for order I will let you know how much time will be needed. Expedited shipping is available with additional charge.
If given a little warning, I will try to meet a deadline for a gift or special occasion.
